Rescheduling Policy

Pembina River Tubing Rescheduling and Rebooking Policy

 At Pembina River Tubing, we understand schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure we can accommodate all our valued guests, we kindly request that you follow our rebooking policy. 

 1. Rebooking Notice: Guests must notify us of booking changes by no later than 10:00AM on the day of your booking. To reschedule, please contact us directly at (780) 515-1754 during business hours, or by email at info@pembinarivertubing.com. 

 2. Same Day Changes: Changes made later than 10:00AM on the day of your booking will not be rescheduled and the booking will be void. 

 3. No-shows: Failing to show up for your booking will result in the booking being void. 

 4. Late Arrivals: We understand delays can happen. If you are going to be late please contact us directly at (780) 515-1754 and we will accommodate you as best as possible. 

 5. Exceptions: We recognize that emergencies and special circumstances may occur. Exceptions to our policy are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Pembina River Tubing management. 

 6. Refunds: All bookings and purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for cancellations initiated by Pembina River Tubing due to safety concerns or other qualifying circumstances, as determined by management.

 By booking a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to our rescheduling policy.
