We encourage patrons to bring completed waviers when they visit as it shortens the amount of time it takes to get you to the river. Please feel free to download and print the waviers. We have them in pdf format and word document format.

For Minors:

Please have the parent or guardian initial page 1, page 2, and sign and print in the bottom section of page 3 where it states "Signature of Parent / Legal Guardian" and include their Driver's Licence number. The Driver's Licence number is only to prove that the parent or legal guardian is signing for the minor child. A map on our website explains where they will be getting off the river. If you or they do not understand where to get off the river by this, I will explain it to them when they arrive.

For Adults:

Everyone needs to initial page 1, 2 and the bottom of page 3 if they understand from the map on our website where they will be getting off the river. If they do not understand I will explain it to them when they arrive. They also need to sign and print in the top part of page 3 where it states Participant. The bottom of the page is for minor children.
